We all purchase products and services all the time.  How often do you make a purchase without seeking any additional information on the product or service?

I’m quite positive the answer is never.

If you plan your content well you can greatly reduce the burden of answering phone queries which take valuable time and as we all know, time is money. Ensure that when you do get a query that isn’t addressed by your web content, you update the site to provide that information.
